I became interested in genealogy after my grandmother Flora Leona (Odell) Hensley died, then became more determined to fill in the blanks when my mother Priscilla Lois (Hensley) Polston became seriously ill in 2000 and died one year later. Through the loss of my mother I became close to my aunt Noma "Norma" Orella (Hensley) Huerd who passed February 26, 2006. It made me realize that if we don't pass along our family histories and cherished memories, they could be lost forever. This site is dedicated to their memory.
